Terms of Service

REFUNDS:

-For digital orders no refunds will be issued after the order has been fulfilled.


-For physical orders if there is a flaw with your print you have 24 hrs from the time the package is delivered to let me know what the issue is. Refunds will only be considered for flawed fabric. Refunds for fabric will be issued via store credit once the item(s) are received back to Jaz It Up Designs. 

-Flawed fabric is considered anything larger than 1 inch and more than 6 inches from the selvage lines. Please understand that small flaws in fabric will happen occasionally, but we will always do our best to make sure you’re satisfied with your order. If you submit a file that is not seamless this does not count as a flaw on our end. I do my very best to check all files but it is ultimately the responsibility of the customer to submit a file that is seamless. 

-We do not allow cancellation on any orders after the order has been placed due to our ordering / shipping process. 

SHIPPING FOR PHYSICAL ITEMS:

ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN SHIPPED FROM MY POSSESSION JAZ IT UP DESIGNS/FABRICS IS NO LONGER RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ITEM(S) OR TIME FRAME OF DELIVERY. SHALL THE ITEM BE LOST BY THE CARRIER A REPRINT OR STORE CREDIT WILL BE OFFERED. 

DIGITAL ITEMS: All files should be used for personal use only. By using files for commercial use you are taking on the responsibility of the TM/Copy. Jaz It Up Designs is not responsible for any repercussions that may come from using TM files commercially.
